Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been processed and dispatched. In the event of a return or exchange, you may be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of the products in your order.
3.3 Delivery Timeframes
Orders placed with Nudipesona are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order has been processed, standard shipping within Hong Kong generally takes between 2 to 3 business days for delivery. Standard international shipping generally takes between 3 to 10 business days for delivery. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on factors such as product availability, public holidays, and unforeseen circumstances.
3.4 Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery through our designated shipping carrier's website.
3.5 Failed Delivery
If multiple delivery attempts are unsuccessful, and the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange for re-delivery. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery attempts.
3.6 Shipping Delays
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery of your order, Nudipesona is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, inclement weather, customs delays, or disruptions to transportation services.
3.7 International Shipping
At this time, Nudipesona only ships to Hong Kong, China, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Japan, Indonesia, and South Korea.
4. Returns and Refunds
4.1 Return Policy
Nudipesona is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, with tags in place, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Along with proof of purchase. If you do not have any proof of purchase our team will to the best of our ability help you find your purchase history.
4.2 Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contactus@nudipesona.com or +852 9555 2088 to request a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. Once you have received your RMA number, please securely package the item and ship it back to us at the address provided. Please include the RMA number on the outside of the package. Once we receive your returned item and verify its eligibility for a refund, we will process your refund within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement, depending on your financial institution.
4.3 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return reaches us safely. Nudipesona is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

They are the sole property of Nudipesona and Nudipesona is the sole person authorized to use said intellectual property and related personality rights, brands, trademarks, models, creative works, software, databases, interpretations, and image rights, whether through ownership or through a formal authorization or license.
7.2 Sanctions
Use of all or part of the website, particularly by means of downloading, reproduction, transmission, representation, or circulation, for purposes other than personal and private use with a non-commercial aim, by the Internet user is strictly prohibited.
